Fanwood fair

Today they had a few street fairs going on.  I love the fall season.  The weather, the street fairs and pumpkin picking.  Josh found a few but we decided to go close to home. Londyn had heard from nana that they would have face painting so she kept on saying she wanted a elephant painted on.  I figured she would freak out when they asked her to sit because in the past she doesn't like anyone touching her face.  She took it like a champ. Josh put something on his facebook page about this moment when she was getting her face painting that made me shed a tear.  He is so mooshy when it comes to his girls it's really cute, he's a great father.  We did get her a ticket for the train but since we couldn't go on she got upset and didn't take the ride.  It was funny I see so many red heads in our town.  Only 4% of America is a red head but for some reason they are all over here.  On the train a ladies 2 kids were red heads.  She told Londyn to go sit with them and they both have red hair, it was cute.

Daddy comment: Patient and still while she gets her face painted, I look at my little
baby and realize she not a baby anymore.
My dear Londyn you're growing so fast.  Cherish every moment.

Big girl bed :(

The plan was to move Londyn into her big girl bed when the room was done and she was 3.  Well she figured out how to almost jump out of her bed so we took the spring out and put mattress on the floor.  I was still pregnant and I didn't want 2 babies in my room.  It was too much changing for poor Londyn.  Now it's time because I need to get her use to it before I go back to work and I need Preslie in her crib.  I put together the side rails and made a big deal she was getting her own big girl bed.  She seemed really excited but I knew it would be hard.  The first night I slept with her because she wanted me to and I couldn't say no.  It's been a few days and she doesn't really like it but she ends up staying.  She told her aunt that she loves pillows, now she had 4.  She is all over the place throughout the night.  When I slept with her she kicked me in the head in the am.  It's going to be a while before she just goes in and doesn't cry but if she can catch onto potty training so fast I have faith this won't be too dreadful.  I just can't believe she's almost 2 1/2 and growing so fast.  How did she go from a crib to a bed I feel like I just gave birth to her.  I love you Londyn you will always be my baby and first born.

This is how she was in the morning

The bleachers

Londyn love going to the bleachers.  The high school is right next to us and they have a beautiful field in which Josh loves taking the girls and mono for walks.  She loves running up and down them.  Before we know it she will be going there.  She is just so beautiful.

Pumpkin picking

Josh is so spontaneous with his plans.  He wanted to go pumpkin picking so we found a new place that didn't exist when we arrived.  We ended up at Ort farms same place we went to last year.  We went through a corn maze that was giving me anxiety because I couldn't get out.  It was Preslie first time pumpkin picking, she slept most of the time.  Londyn decided she had to pee when we got to the middle of the pumpkin field, it was a challenge but we just changed her clothes.  I'll take her always asking to go potty then diapers any day.  I love family time.

School days....

When you ask Londyn what she learned at school she says toys.  Finally she drew me a circle, told me ABC gomez lol and listed all the kids names in her class.  She loves her teacher.  The first few days she would cry in the morning but now she drops her things and runs to he teacher.  She even let her braid her hair the other day, one thing she won't let me do.  Last night she said God made air, leaves, flowers and fishes mama.  So cute!

Party time!

Today was Alyssa 3rd birthday.  Thanks to Sarah I had some help getting 2 kids ready since Josh had to work on Saturday.  Londyn was impossible with her outfits but finally agreed on this one and I think she looked so cute.  Just by chance they were both wearing red, white & blue like it was 4th of July.

of course Londyn was attached to my hip for awhile.  Finally she warms up and plays with the girls.  She especially took a liking to Dylan.  He's 9 Lourdas and Roger's son.

Londyn first day recap

Aftercare runs from 3-6 so I decided Londyn has to get use to a routine I was giving her sometime in the playground.  I came to get her and she said she wanted to stay in the park.  The aftercare advisor said she was sweet and very mature.  She did great with going to the bathroom no accidents.  Then we saw the other teacher and she said Londyn is going to be the mayor of the class.  I was shocked she said she was asking everyone their names.  The only issue was nap time she sat there then cried at the end.  I forgot she usually only goes to sleep with her pacifier so I brought it.  My friends twin daughters told her they saw Londyn and her shoes matched her outfit.  That's my girl.  I am really happy she is here learning and meeting new kids.  When we went inside she said mommy I love you and Preslie.  Thanks for coming to get me.  It was like is this my child she sounded so mature just like that lady said.  Happy I made this decision to send her.

FYI day 2 she cried and didn't want me to come.  I hope she adjusts she had a bad night crying in the middle of the night.

Londyn first day of Christian Day School

So I was nervous to say the least.  Might be more for me getting her up and getting her ready with Preslie and out the door on time.  Josh surprised me that he didn't have to go into work until 9 so he helped me get everyone ready.  Preslie decided she wanted to eat at 7:30 so that was a process.  We prepped Londyn telling her that she's starting school, how exciting just like Lyla blah blah.  I didn't think she was really getting it that we were leaving. So I had my whole photo shoot planned out and she wasn't having it.  The chalk on the ground she was supposed to lay down next to it.  Maybe it will work when she gets a little older.  Then she wouldn't take a picture unless mo mo was in it.  Anyway we got some good ones.  She walked right in the class and started playing with the toys.  NO TEARS! She said bye and that was it.  Maybe she is sick of hanging out with mom.  She wanted to wear her undies so now typical mom I'm so nervous she will have a accident and if she does I hope she doesn't get embarrassed or upset.  I hope she wants to go back tomorrow.  Positive thinking I guess.  I am so happy that she is starting school at 2 1/2 and will be learning so much.  Her teacher is Mrs. Lazzetta a really nice lady.  They grow up so fast maybe this is why people have so many kids, no hints I'm done! Let's cross our fingers she likes it and wants to return tomorrow.

Londyn waking up

This little girl is just gorgeous!! I could wake up to this girl for the rest of my life.  xoxoxo

Terri our Aunt said this when I posted it on Facebook and I thought it was beautiful

Her face says Baby Heaven = loving parents - all your needs considered and taken care of - having no responsibility but to just BE and for that you are cherished beyond imagination <3 font="font" little="little" lucky="lucky" pumpkin="pumpkin">

Daddy and Londyn breakfast date

Josh missed Londyn and Preslie so much he wanted to take them on a breakfast date.  I hate lugging the car seat around and Preslie doesn't care she doesn't eat so I told him to take just Londyn.  It's funny how little girls want to be big girls and drink with a straw.  I had to post because she looks so grown up.
