She finally got teeth

So the day of the MRI the nurses were asking if she got any teeth, which I told them no.  You would think I should know this.  While she was screaming when they put in the needle I saw something in Londyn's mouth.  WHAT she must of gotten them over night 2 little teeth sticking out on the bottom.  She's growing up so fast!

Here is a picture not of her teeth of course she sticks her tongue out when I ask to see them.  So just of her pretty face the day her teeth came out.

MRI day

Today was a nerve wracking day all around.  Londyn's MRI was finally here and I was nervous.  Today was also my dad's 69th birthday, Happy Birthday Nonno!  We got to the hospital without Londyn eating for 8 hours and I must say she didn't care.  When we got to the room the little boy that just had his MRI was throwing up and looked so sad.  The nurses and staff were so nice! They were really concerned about me falling apart.  I knew nothing was physically wrong with her I was just upset that she had to go under.

She screamed a little with the shot and she started to get tired.  They asked that I pass her to the nurses and my mother and I waited in the waiting room.  They said they would only come to me if something went wrong.  So when I saw the nurse approach my my stomach dropped.  False alarm they just wanted to tell me she was ok.  They said the procedure would only take 20 mins but after 40 mins she was still in there.  Finally the longest 45 mins ever they said she was all done.  She was groggy and had her eyes open a little.  She started making weird seal like noises.  I felt so bad for her!  Finally she was back to normal.

Like I said before I wasn't concerned with the results I knew she was ok.  I got a phone call around 3 from my doctor saying everything was great.  So my baby is still perfect like I think with just a big head, to hold that big brain of hers.

Here is her sad look after going under anesthesia.

Baby proofing

We finally baby proofed the house!  It was funny watching Londyn try to open the drawers and looked so confused as to what they were opening.  Love their innocence.

Londyn on scooter at Target

Loving Target

Londyn first real food shopping experience

Thank God for dad's! This is truly the first time I took Londyn food shopping.  It's entirely too much work when you have to bring the car seat so I wanted to at least wait for her to sit in the cart.  She was exhausted I don't think she cared, but she looked good doing it.

Baby trashes bar in Las Palmas

I had to share this video it's hysterical!!!

Londyn BFF Dylan

Last night Londyn born day friend came over, Dylan.  She was so funny approaching Dylan.  Taking off his socks and leaning over to give him a huge smooch.  Dylan is so quiet mostly because his bed time is 730, lucky parents.  Lo was very hyper with all the company.  She was also very excited to walk with the lion.  She kept on doing laps around the table.

Sorry!

So my mom was feeding Londyn and she dropped some food so she said sorry. Then Londyn put her hand on her head like a ugh OH. So we were both so excited that she did something new we got a little carried away, poor girl got some egg in her hair.

Londyn fun day

Well more like fun weekend.  Since she is still trying to get better we thought some fresh air would be great.  It has been getting nicer out so Josh brought her to the park on Fri, Saturday & Sunday.  I met him on Saturday and we went on the swings and Londyn loved it.  Josh likes to run with her in the stroller so looks like he will be going to the park a lot this summer.  Here's some pictures of Lo loving the swings.

Lo laughing

This was a funny momment that I must share. It isn't too often that Londyn belly laughs and it's always at me. Maybe she finds me really funny. This time I was showing Josh how when she feel alsleep when she wasn't feeling well she would drop her pacifier in her sleep and with 2 motions she would pick it up and put it in her mouth. It was so funny seeing how she can do all that with her eyes closed. So I was explaing to Josh exactly what she did and she found it funny too, glad she didn't know I was makign fun of her.

Happy 11 months Lo

Wow you are almost 1 year old! I've been planning this party forever that I kind of can't wait for April 17th to come, the day after the party.  So 11 months is here and Londyn is still a blessing to us.  She has been really sick lately which is scarying me that this cold and cough won't go away.  She got a ear inefection and it never went away (I'm 5 days late posting this but will put it on real birthday date).  The doctor put her on meds which weren't strong enough so she now has different ones so hopefully they work.  We had 2 bad nights that she didn't sleep at all.  Now she is with my mother all week so she can get better.  It seems like everytime she gets better she gets sick again.  So let's hope everything is ok and these meds work.

Since we have been to the doctor so much here are her stats & some of the most recent things she is doing

16 lbs 14 oz (she was all the way up to 7 but lost weight from being sick)
- still skooting
- trying to climb up the stairs
- hugging
- high five
- saying mama & dada more and Lyla
- kisses (she kind of opens her mouth and makes out with you)
- crusing on the tables or whereever she can stand
- love the park

Bath time

Lo is still so tiny she still fits in this bath tub & she loves it!

Beaba -- Homemade baby food

My friend Veronica got me this fabulous baby food maker/steamer for my baby shower but just gave it to me a month ago. I love it! So whenever I get time I make Londyn some fruits or veggies. It's super easy and fun to give her a variety of new food.

Here is a picture, I know I'm sure I'm the only one that cares.

Cousin love

These two girls are really cute together. Not sure if I mentioned before but my mother takes care of Lyla and Londyn on Tuesday's. Thursday is the only day Londyn isn't with Lyla and I love how they are always together. When Londyn holds up the remote to her ear like it is a phone I say "Lyla is on the phone" and Londyn face lights up. Here are some cute pictures that nonna took of the girls.

Lap reading time

My mother takes Londyn every Thursday to her lap reading class.  I hope she is as interested in books later on in life as she looks in the picutres.

Londyn laughing

This was really funny. When Londyn was sick she would drop her pacifier out while she was sleeping and with her eyes closed she would make 2 moves pick up that pacifier and put it in her mouth. I think it was so funny so I was showing Josh and Londyn was hysterical laughing. She finds me so funny!

First mommy daughter road trip to meet Livi Cedeno

Today Londyn and I took our first road trip to Delaware to visit Paul his girlfriend and his 3 month daughter Livi. There wasn't much action with Livi except sleeping and blow outs but it was a really nice day. Londy slept the whole was down 2 hours and then while we were there she was getting cranky. She fell asleep for another 2 hours. I had a feeling she wasn't feeling OK. Then she slept the whole way home and was up when we got home at 8:00. She was up ALL night crying I think I slept for 3 hours. Early in the morning she was fine so we all went to Michelle's for brunch. I love to get together with my friends so I was looking forward to this day. Londyn was tired so she went down for a nap. When she woke up she was on fire. I took her temperature and she was 104.2. I always thinking I am not using this ear thermometer right. I ended up leaving to give her a cool bath and relax with her. She wasn't bad for the night but I wanted to take her to the doctor just in case it was a ear infection. Towards the end of the night her eye started getting red underneath. Paul's girlfriend Tiffany who is a pediatrician was helping me through this since I don't know what anything means. Her temp at the doctor was 104.9 with a double ear infection. At least she is on medication now. Her MRI is on Wednesday so she has to get cleared first before being sedated. She is feeling better but it's so frustrating. I feel like I try my best for her to take her vitamins and eat good veggies but I feel like she is always sick. Nothing serious more like a cold but this is how all of this started. Being a parent takes a lot of work. I probably was freaking out on the outside but I know on the inside when I saw 104 I almost passed out. I have the rest of her life to worry so much, something I don't look forward too.

wow she just looks miserable
