I got my ears pierced so please stop calling me a boy!

Today Londyn got her ears pierced.  Two things that drive me crazy.  #1 When people ask what's his name #2 when people ask me when I'm expecting.  I'm working on my part so I figured earings the perfect way to show everyone Londyn is a girl.  I have heard that it still doesn't stop people from thinking she is a boy.  Why would I think so the pink blanket and pink toys never gave people a clue.  Anyway I couldn't make it to her appointment so I sent my mother.  I actually can't take the look on her face when she gets hurt and oye that cry kills me, sorry mom.  Nonna said she was a trooper and only cried for 5 seconds.  The pictures make made me feel like I was there.  I wanted silver since I'm not a gold person but they only had yellow gold and this isn't about me and she looks adorable, they match her hair.

After the appointment nonna took Londyn and Lyla to the park for Londyn first swing ride.  By the look of her face it looks like I have a swing lover, but what little kid doesn't love the swings.

Why am I here?

What's going on?

OUCH!!! HELP ME!!!

Am I alive?

How do I look?

Well that was all worth it!  I love this swing!

  4. Hey- I found your lovely comment on my Blog post "Finding Grace In Her Smile" at my blog.

Your precious girl is adorable. We pierced our little girl's ears at 5 months because my husband couldn't stand the constant mistaking her for a boy! At first I was hesitant, but I love them now and she does great with them (although we still get the occasional "hey there little buddy")

    Earrings do your daughter well!!!
