Liberty state park

I love how Josh has the energy to make spontaneous trips to fun site seeing places. Today it was Liberty State Park. The view of NYC is amazing. It's also kind of sad because the wall memorial for all 911 victims was made and just chilling that you can see the new tower they are putting up in place of twin towers behind the memorial it was way too cold to enjoy but it was a nice family day.

Mine, mine, mine

Lately everything is Londyn's. Mine mine mine is all I hear. Even if it isn't hers she will take possession of it. This toddler list says it all.

Pietro 2nd birthday

What a nice time at the Brooklyn Children's Museum for cousin Pietro birthday. Londyn and Lyla had a great time together holding hands around the museum. When they started to dance Lyla was up there alone and Londyn had to follow.  At the end of the party the put on a cute puppet show.  Before the show started Londyn ran in to the curtains.  Then after Lyla had us all sit down to show us her puppet show.  It was actually really funny!  I love seeing Londyn or kids at that happy.

Christmas card 2011

Well as always I'm very late in deciding what to do for our Christmas cards. Based offof pastures silly card I was supposed to keep up with that but my brain wasnt creative this year. So I just took regular pictures and ordered them on tiny prints. I thought this was the site I always use but $100 something later I realized I could have done it for half the price. Oh well they came out really cute.

Christmas 2011

This was going to be more interesting for Londyn then last year.  She still doesn't know much or care about gifts but it was still fun for her to wake up Christmas morning and open gifts.  The funniest part was her favorite gift this year was her play cash register.  It was probably the cheapest gift we got her.  Also she loved all of her babies and her table & chairs.  She makes mommy and daddy go and sit down with her all the time.  We did the usual routine Christmas eve at my mother in law's and then Christmas at my mother's.  This year for Josh's side wasn't a lot of family next year all the kids will be there so it should be a good time. 

Christmas photos 2011

Well another Christmas and stress of taking Christmas photos. I always wait until the last minute to get professional photos and Santa photos. It's more because Londyn hates taking them. So I had the day off, made my sears apt online and was ready for. A hopeful photo shoot. I was so proud of myself I had a free coupon for sitting fee and for a $40 package. I knew well hoped she would take at least 2 shots I liked so I might be spending more money. She wasn't so bad but would only stay in front of camera for a quick shot then she would run to me. After a few shots I told the lady not to worry let me out of here. We ended up with 3 good shots so I spent a extra $20. After the shoot I thought I'm in the mall she's in her dress let me go find Santa and get this over with. After my tour around the mall right when I get online they say that the camera is broken but we can still wait and take pictures with our phone. I was quick to run put of there. So no Santa photos this year. Maybe next year she won't be scared. So on a final note Josh stayed home the day before Christmas eve. To wait online for a pair of sneakers. He ended up not buying sneakers waiting all night in the old rain and wasting a day off from work. Anyway since I was working I asked him to go and get photos from sears. Very simple right??? Well he calls me on the way home to tell me he spent another $27 because they asked him if he wanted more photos and he said what will you do with them and they said they will throw them out. So I got upset well mad. He just didn't understand it was him paying for them why would I get mad. Well I was so happy I had this coupon, I stress about these photos and asked him to just pick them up. Instead of spending $20 now we spent $47 and really you give a few out then throw them in a box and not ever look at them. Men they never just do what you ask them to. Here is a scan of the 3 poses.
