Sick again!

What a weekend!  I feel like my kids get sick all the time during the winter. Londyn started a fever Friday night and it didn't stop all weekend. I hate seeing them suffer. We planned on going to pottery barn to get a Peter rabbit story read and see the Easter bunny. After some Motrin Londyn said she was ready for Easter. I thought relaxing would make her feel better. Preslie took a nap and josh suggested we go to the park to get some nice freezing air. She was so excited until we got there as you can see she looks unhappy. Just to get out of the house I thought lets go to the near pet store. She loves fish and since I am going to buy her one for her birthday thought maybe she would pick one out without telling her I'd buy it. She loved it and I thought who needs a aquarium this place is perfect. She asked me every fish name in every 100+ tanks. I forgot how much easier life was with just one child who can walk and talk (no offense preslie). Hope she enjoyed her mommy and me time.

This is Londyn first award at school. I find this hysterical! When I ask what the psalm was she doesn't remember. Too cute!

Lyla 6th rollerskating party

Londyn was so excited for lyla 6th birthday roller skating party. She mentioned getting her purple skates and everything. Well we got there and she wouldn't get off my leg. I hope she opens up at her party and future parties. I did love her little cute gold pants that her aunt gabby bought her for Christmas!  

Lo sleepover

Londyn slept over aunt gabby and lyla house. This video is priceless. Londyn really takes the saying I look up to you to life. Just look how she stares at lyla.

So I'm not too into the matching clothes but I couldn't resist. As much as I love all the clothes that were hand me downs from my sister sometimes I like to but new pieces. Especially since I'm on my 3rd time seeing them all.

This is how much fun our family outings are. How anyone can add one more kid to the mix is beyond me. 

Mama needs sleep

Lately this is what my bed looks like. Preslie must be going through a growth spurt and wakes up in the middle of the night wanting to eat. Usually daddy is good with feeding her. This night she wouldn't stop crying because she had a cold so I took her to bed. Funny how quick they go to sleep in your arms / bed. Londyn is a whole other story. If I had time to work on a sleeping patterns it might work but something always happens. So we start sleeping with her in bed. Sneak out in the middle of the night then she wakes up screaming and is in our bed in the am. Ugh not easy.
